Travel and Tour Websites: 8 packages

What makes a travel website take bookings?

A travel website takes bookings when it answers a traveler's practical questions before they have to ask: which dates are open, what the price covers, how demanding or comfortable the trip is, and how to pay. Inquiry-only sites still suit custom trips, but the form should collect dates, group size and budget so your first reply can be a real quote.

What should you send me?

Send your logo, photos of rooms, vehicles or trips, your price list with seasonal changes, your deposit and cancellation terms, and the booking platforms you already sell on. For tours, send one complete itinerary as a model; I set up the layout and add the rest within the limits of your plan. Booking terms should be written by you or checked locally, since I place them on the site but do not draft legal wording.

What is not covered by a travel package?

Third-party costs stay with you: the domain, hosting, premium booking plugins, channel manager subscriptions, Google Maps API usage above the free allowance, SMS charges and payment gateway fees. Each one is paid straight to its provider in your name, and your host sends its own renewal invoices. Professional photography and long tour copy are outside the plans. Where your pages appear in search is Google's decision.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Questions about travel and tour websites

Can bookings sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?

Yes, through iCal calendar sync on the Business and Premium plans, where your listing on that platform supports it. iCal refreshes every few hours rather than instantly, so busy properties may prefer a channel manager, which I can connect on Premium when it offers an API.

Can travelers pay a deposit online?

Yes. Business and Premium plans take a deposit or full payment through Stripe or PayPal accounts in your business name. You set the deposit amount per tour or room, and confirmation emails go to the traveler and to you once the payment clears.

Will my travel site rank on Google?

Each site is built with clean structure, quick pages and basic SEO for every tour, room or place. Where you appear depends on Google, your competitors and the content you keep adding, so I do not promise positions. Trip and destination pages written from your own local knowledge tend to help most.
